About
Why Hairvise exists
Turkey is the world capital of hair transplantation. It is also one of the most opaque medical tourism markets — with hidden surgeons, missing prices, and a 2025 Mayo Clinic study warning that of 1,000+ clinics, only 20-30 have qualified hair surgeons. We built Hairvise to make that gap visible.
What makes us different
- We don't take commissions. Other platforms get paid every time you book — which is why their "top picks" lean toward paying partners. Our rankings come from a verification score, not from advertising spend.
- We list all clinics, not just paying ones. Booking platforms list ~150 partner clinics. We're building toward 1,000+. Including clinics that don't pay us. Including clinics we'd warn you about.
- We surface red flags. Hidden surgeon name? "Stem cell hair transplant" claims? Below-€1,500 package pricing? We filter and flag — so you can avoid hair mills before booking a flight.
What we are not
Hairvise is an independent information platform. We are not a booking agent. We do not facilitate appointments, travel, or accommodation. We do not provide medical advice. Please contact clinics directly for inquiries, and consult a qualified physician for medical decisions.
How we make money
Three transparent revenue streams, listed in order of importance:
- Featured listings. Verified clinics can pay for premium placement on their own profile pages. This never affects rankings, verification scores, or red flag filters.
- Affiliate partners. Hotel, insurance, and flight booking partners pay us a small commission when readers book through their links. These are optional and clearly marked.
- Display advertising. Once we cross 30,000 monthly readers, we may run programmatic display ads in non-intrusive positions.
Sources we rely on

- ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery) member directory
- Temos International Healthcare Accreditation registry
- Trustpilot and Google verified review counts
- Mayo Clinic 2025 study on Turkish hair transplant tourism
